1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Alura, Inc. ("Alura," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website (alura.co) and client portal (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Alura provides an automated content marketing service that includes strategy development, content creation, account management, and analytics reporting. Access to our client portal allows authorized clients to view their assigned deliverables, strategies, and reports.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Access

Client portal accounts are granted by invitation from Alura. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at alura@alura.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Alura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Use the Services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Services are the property of Alura, Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use Alura's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Content created by Alura on your behalf as part of an active service engagement is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement with us.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared in the course of the service relationship, including strategies, pricing, and client data. This obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALURA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our content marketing services, including but not limited to traffic growth, follower counts, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALURA, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ALURA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ALURA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alura, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the client portal will be revoked. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
